How to Return an Item:

2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Please return the product to the address provided in the return instructions.


Refunds:


• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.


Exchanges:


• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, you may return it and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items:


• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or replacement.
• To process a claim, please send a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.


Shipping Costs for Returns:
